TOTAL NET WORTH: $36,327.45

BOOM! Big net worth increase in March! March was one of the busiest months I've had in a long while. I was working on a project for work that had me working several hours of OT for a few weeks straight. To go along with that, I had 2 weekends where I was working as an official for wrestling.

March was also exciting because a lot of money was coming in (cha-ching). I got the $1400 stimulus check, $640 from wrestling, an increase in salary/ 401K contribution because I accepted a full time position at the same company (meaning I am no longer a rotational analyst). All this, plus my expenses were lower than expected because I had no time to do anything else besides work, meant that the net worth got a large jump. BOOYAH! I may not be seeing another jump like this for a while so I am going to be happy about it while it's here.

April is looking like a pretty standard month. Hopefully, I will be able to finish a good chunk of my RE studying so that I can finish up everything in May and finally be a licensed real estate agent!

*Note: I did not include equity in my primary mortgage in either my assets or liabilities.

**My current car loan is this amount more than my car is currently worth.
