March came and went fairly quickly. To be frank, I am completing this entry 3 weeks into April. In March I worked a wrestling tournament to make a few extra hundred bucks. Then, at the end of March I took my girlfriend on a weekend getaway which cost about 4x that amount. But we had a great time! She was very surprised and it was a combo gift for multiple holidays so it was well worth it. In April, I went on a golfing trip with the boys. It was a lot of fun and fairly cheap for all the golf we did. I didn't win any competitions, but I did make 3 pars and my first birdie!! I was super excited and I still think about that moment. We were down in Fairfield Glade, TN. The holes were stunning with some crazy drop offs, bodies of water, and hills. Dorchester and Stonehedge were two of the best courses we played on. I also closed on 4 more units at the end of March bringing my total to 8. It's been tough to get all the marbles in a row, but hopefully everything will fall into place soon. Looking ahead, my girlfriend and I will be going on a weekend trip to New Jersey to close out the month. My annual raise also went into effect in the second part of April which is nice.

*Note: I now include equity in my primary mortgage in my assets because it is considered an investment.
