Sadly, I am completing this entry in September (yikes!) so I will have a hard time recollecting what happened in August. My girlfriend and I did some kayaking on the Cuyahoga river. My girlfriend and I ran our typical Spartan race in WV. We had a nice time and enjoyed the weekend together. I took it easy this race, but somehow strained my left arm still.

**Since I am updating this so late I won't be updating the goals below until Sept blog.
