November came and went in the blink of an eye. On the positive side, I stayed within my budget this month! I was part of a bachelor party and wedding in November so I was a little unsure how much those would affect my spending, but it worked out fine. My liabilities stayed about the same because I had yet to pay off my current credit card bill, but my 401K rebounded since the last month and crossed the 5 figure mark! This allowed my overall net worth to grow a fair amount.

From a financial standpoint, December is looking promising. I will get 3 paychecks this month along with my yearly bonus. Despite an increase in anticipated spending due to Christmas, the net worth should see a large increase. I also hit another milestone with my first paycheck this month which was to cross the 5 figure mark in my checking account! This gets me excited because I am that much closer to buying my first rental property!!

*Note: I did not include equity in my primary mortgage in either my assets or liabilities.

**My current car loan is this amount more than my car is currently worth.
