Assets:
The assets I have included include the following categories: Savings/Checking Accounts, Cash, Venmo Account, & Retirement Accounts.
Net Worth Increase: +1,069.66
401K increase: -3.95%
Total Assets: $99,736.99
Liabilities:
Student/ Car Loans: $0.00
Credit Card: $922.10
Total Liabilities: $922.10
TOTAL NET WORTH: $98,814.89
Sadly, no $100K in net worth yet which I am pretty surprised about. I think the decrease in my 401K countered the increase I got from my third paycheck. That's OK though; I still saw an overall increase which is always a good thing!
July net worth will probably be similar to June. I hired an electrician to take care of some known issues in my duplex which will run about $500. I'm also planning a vacation for August so that will take a fair amount of money as well. Good news though, I am in the process of purchasing my second investment property! It is a duplex in Bedford: 3/1 and a 2/1. Obviously nothing is set in stone, but it is exciting to get my feet wet again. Around 9% CoC return if you don't count my management (14% otherwise).
*Note: I now include equity in my primary mortgage in my assets because it is considered an investment.
