We are on the CUSP of $100,000 in new worth!! In June, I am getting 3 paychecks from PGR so that may put us over the mark! May was a very busy month. I went on 2 vacations, one to see my mom with my girlfriend and my brother and the other I spent with my Grandma in the Smokey Mountains. My spending was slightly lower than budgeted due to me not having to spend as much on food. I also got that bonus from my job so that helped a lot. It was essentially a third paycheck. Very happy about it and it seems like things are finally going to start slowing down at work. I thought it was going to be crunch time all the way through June, but I learned today that my one project no longer has a hard deadline at the end of the month. Thank goodness.

I have about $3000 in gross commission lined up for real estate. That is a sum of 6 deals. Hopefully everything goes well so I can earn all that extra money. That will certainly help the savings rate. I'm also going to really start looking for my own property soon. I have enough saved up and I need to buy something while I can.

*Note: I now include equity in my primary mortgage in my assets because it is considered an investment.
