February wasn't an exciting month either. I tried to file my taxes, but my account forgot about them so they actually didn't get filed until March. I did reach out to a couple landlords about potential houses, but everything fell through. March is looking to be a very profitable month and I will share the details of that in my March post since it is almost that time....
