October was a busy month as far as travels and vacations were concerned! I visited my buddy in Mississippi for a weekend which cost a couple hundred extra than I would have spent in a normal month. The following week I visited my mom in North Carolina which actually helped lower some of my expenses because she generously paid for my groceries. The last weekend I spent time at some wineries with friends so that was also a couple hundred bucks I wouldn't have normally spent. But, it was a very memorable month and I still was only slightly over budget! I was even able to increase my net worth more than the previous month :)

This month begins the holidays - Thanksgiving and then eventually Christmas. I definitely need to start buying gifts early so that my monthly budgets are somewhat under control. I don't see me spending any crazy money this month so I plan on putting any extra money towards Christmas.

Realtor classes are going well. Almost done with the first of 4 parts needed to be licensed.

*Note: I did not include equity in my primary mortgage in either my assets or liabilities.

**My current car loan is this amount more than my car is currently worth.
