I am happy to say that I calculated my net worth and am writing this blog on Oct 1 so I am on schedule! Main reason I am able to do that is because my job has slowed down a little bit so I have some spare time. I am surprised my net worth went up that much considering I spent over $1000 on vacationing in September. Dad, my brother, and I went down to SC for a hunting trip for 5 days. Dad shot a small buck, but it was too small so he had to pay a fine sadly. I also went to Mohican State Park with my girlfriend and her friends. It was a lot of fun! I golfed in the morning at the nicest par 62 course I've ever seen (Little Apple), kayaked, and did a ropes course. It was a fun day! In between everything I was cleaning, repairing, and prepping my unit in Bedford for tenant turnover so that took up a good bit of my evenings/ free weekends. I also hit a big win on Chumba this month - $2200 total and $1300 off one $20 bet! That helped the net worth I'm sure and my October rents haven't flowed in yet so really, it could be higher still. September seemed to go by faster than any month in the summer. It seems like time is hurrying to winter. Hopefully it slows down. Looking to October, my Granphilly, girlfriend, and I are taking a week long trip to TN: first to Nashville and then to Pigeon Forge/ Smokies. Lauren and I agreed to pay for everything so Granphilly doesn't have to so that will add to the budget. I'm also going down to Mom's for a week this month so that's an additional expense as well except I paid for the flights with points so that's free! I'm also getting 3 paychecks in October so that will help my saving's rate.

*Note: I now include equity in my primary mortgage in my assets because it is considered an investment.
