Assets:

The assets I have included include the following categories: savings/checking accounts, cash, Venmo account, investment property equity & retirement accounts.

Net Worth Increase: -$20,050.89

401K increase: -5.84%

Total Assets: $105,295.57

Liabilities:

Credit Card: $705.93

Basement Loan: $19,457.93

Total Liabilities: $19,800.78

TOTAL NET WORTH: $85,494.79

As expected, after including the basement loan in my net worth, it decreased significantly. Although it is disheartening to go below $100K, it was all artificial to start with since I've had the loan since June and forgot to include it. Good news is that I remained under my budget last month! Hopefully I can slowly start buying Christmas gifts now so that when December comes, I won't have a huge hit to my expenses. September was a lot of fun! I got to go fishing, golfing, and play board/ video games with my friends/ brother which was great.

October looks to be promising. I have my friend's house under contract so hopefully I will get that money at the start of November. I would really like to get at least one more property under contract before the year is over.

No vacations in October. Just planning to see my girlfriend and family which still involves some driving, but won't be nearly as expensive.

*Note: I now include equity in my primary mortgage in my assets because it is considered an investment.
