SO CLOSE TO 50K IN NET WORTH!! I don't think we are going to get there this month because my savings rate isn't high enough, but maybe by November. Who knows where I will be by that time, maybe I will have a new rental property to report on :). In the last month I passed my real estate licensing exam so now I practice real estate in the state of OH! That should be a good supplement to my income. Also, since I last wrote I got a new girlfriend which has already impacted my vacation budget haha.
